2) Paste in all entries you posted in February 2017 and make another Wordle configured any way you like
...
12) Paste in all entries you posted in December 2017 and make another Wordle configured any way you like
13) Make a Wordle out of your entries from ALL months of 2017, configured any way you like

Then post all of these Wordles to your LiveJournal and/or DreamWidth and/or whatever other blogging site(s) you're on!

You may do steps 1 - 12 only or step 13 only if you prefer.

It's up to you if you include subject lines, comments, community entries, friends-only entries, music tags, location tags, etc., and it's up to you whether you post your Wordles in a public or friends-only entry. Anything else I didn't think of is probably optional as well.

And if you're on more than one journal site (in this example, LJ and DW), you may do this for your LJ entries only, your DW entries only, your entries on both sites combined, all of the above - whichever. And you may post it to only one site or the other, or to both - whichever you prefer.

----

Personally I opted to do this for my LJ and DW entries separately AND combined, and post all three versions of each to both LJ and DW. Which means this took about six times as long to make as it usually does...

Left: LJ only
Center: LJ+DW combined
Right: DW only

You can also tell because I tried to skew the colors of the LJ-only ones towards LJ-blue and away from DW-red/pink, and vice versa for the DW-only ones. Looking at how some of the color schemes turned out, though, I might need to adjust my algorithm before my 2018 Wordle Year in Review...

Oh, and this year, I thought of a little word search game I could add onto this meme! (you don't have to make a little game like this if you make your own Wordle Year in Review though)

Okay, it's become ABUNDANTLY clear that EVERY community I've ever posted in on LJ is probably going to be gone by the end of the month, so this is definitely the best time (unless I can go back in time and do this several years ago...) for me to finally start creating a backup account on DreamWidth.

Dear owners/maintainers of [livejournal.com profile] _dreams_, [livejournal.com profile] add_me, [livejournal.com profile] asperger, [livejournal.com profile] corrupted_wish, [livejournal.com profile] goodbandnames, [livejournal.com profile] iwish, [livejournal.com profile] newfriends, [livejournal.com profile] omgrandom, [livejournal.com profile] randomthought, [livejournal.com profile] strongbademail, [livejournal.com profile] suggestions, [livejournal.com profile] synaesthesis, [livejournal.com profile] the_number_206, and even [livejournal.com profile] thequestionclub and [livejournal.com profile] ask_me_anything since I know I posted in at least one of those two (and also any community that I forgot I've posted in):

PLEASE LEAVE YOUR COMMUNITIES UP AT LEAST UNTIL I HAVE EVERY ENTRY I POSTED IN THEM SAVED SOMEWHERE.

The sky is falling,
Matt1993

Before I create a DW account, though, I still have a few more questions:

- What happens to the userpics on my entries if I start having them be automatically copied over to DW before I upload the same userpics to DreamWidth? Will the keywords still be there so that if I upload userpics to DreamWidth with the same keywords, they'll show up where they're supposed to? (Does DW even use userpic keywords?)
- Can entries that are automatically transferred from LJ to DW be edited manually when they're on DreamWidth? Because I might have to if something in them doesn't get copied over.
- I want to backup my entries in my own journal AND my entries in LJ communities to DreamWidth so the latter won't be lost if when more communities I posted in disappear. I'm so desperate that I'll even copy every community entry over one by one if I have to (which I will have to for [livejournal.com profile] autism, anyway - via email notifications about comments on my entries there, because luckily I still have those), but is there any way to have that automatically be done? And if so, will the comments stay there?
- Which of the communities I mentioned do you think has the highest chance of being deleted anytime soon? That way I can start with those.

EDIT: Created my account on DW - my username is still matt1993. (Is there a way to link to a DW account from LJ or vice versa, like with the <lj> tag?) Anyway, I'm still setting up a lot of things on DW, but if I list you as a friend on LJ and I know your DreamWidth username, I added you there as well. If I didn't add you yet, then add me on DreamWidth and I'll add you back (if you have different LJ and DW usernames, tell me your DW username through LJ or vice versa). :)

(music tag should be: Snippets of Mario, Kid Icarus, SSB, BtVS, Enya, Dido, Céline Dion, Sarah McLachlan, Moya Brennan, Matchbox 20, Rascal Flatts, & Savage Garden music thrown together randomly in Audacity)

This has been kind of a disappointing April Fools' Day because:

1) Homestar Runner didn't update at all today, even though they did for April Fools' Day 2014, 2015, and 2016, and April Fools and Halloween are almost the only times they ever update nowadays.
2) I don't think many people noticed my April Fools prank at all.

For reference, my April Fools prank was this entry; however, when I first posted it (on March 31 in my time zone, but late enough that it was April 1 already for some of you), it was an exact copy of my first entry. Then I waited a few minutes or so and changed it to a copy of a different past entry in the same way... then changed it to another after a few more minutes, and so on - basically, if I was at my computer, I'd change the entry anywhere from once an hour to once every few minutes. (At first. I gradually updated it less and less often because it seemed like no one was noticing...)

By "exact copy", that means including the subject line, repost button, userpic, tags, mood, music, location... basically, everything except the timestamp, the comments, and friends-only status [though, of course, the only friends-only entries I used were ones that probably would've been fine being public]. And anything that I intended to change each time but accidentally forgot sometimes. Though if I used an entry I'd posted in [livejournal.com profile] _dreams_, [livejournal.com profile] autism, or [livejournal.com profile] asperger, I added a notice saying that it was cross-posted (even though I don't think copying a community entry to my own journal years later for April Fools' Day actually counts as cross-posting).

I chose the entries semi-randomly, sometimes by going to my Calendar for random years and months and picking a random entry I'd feel comfortable posting again, and sometimes by just putting in notable entries that I remember and wanted to include in this prank at some point. Some entries were used more than once.

And just to mess with your heads even more, I thought it might be fun to come up with a hypothetical FUTURE entry and add it into the mix! That's what the 2023 year in review is for. It ended up being my favorite thing about this prank, so I left that one up significantly longer than any other single entry.

Now that April Fools' Day is over, all the entries I ended up using are listed below for posterity. (Don't expect the repost buttons to work correctly, though...)

The entries that you could've sworn that you'd seen already and/or that they said something completely different a few minutes ago, in order of their first use in this prank )

February 2023

WHOA. SOMEHOW A COMMUNITY FOR MARIO/ENYA CROSSOVERS HAS EXISTED SINCE AUGUST 2019, YET I DIDN'T CREATE IT AND ONLY JUST NOW FOUND OUT ABOUT IT. If that's not a sign that I need to remake PrtSc Land, start posting backwards lyrics again, and/or finish Moya's Space Log, Mario's Loxian Odyssey, and F.L.U.D.D. Mk. II Shows the Hidden Heart, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS.

No, my amiibo collection didn't really become self-aware and take over my journal. That was an April Fools prank, even though I was too depressed about LJ drama to feel like saying so for six months. Who would've guessed that [livejournal.com profile] marioenyacrsvrs, of all communities, would be even worse than [livejournal.com profile] asperger was back in the 2010s?! :(

You'd think that given how easy it probably is to misunderstand my previous entry, I would've posted again as soon as I thought of something else to post about. But nope, somehow I let an easily-misunderstood entry be the newest one for a month minus a few hours.

[Great. I have to link to an easily-misunderstood entry AGAIN - and one that's now even MORE easily-misunderstood since some of you aren't familiar with the sort of stuff I worried about almost constantly from November 2011 to November 2015 {and to a lesser extent, after that}.]

matt1993: (2010 nnwm procrastinator)
Between my waiting over a year to contact Google about why Ours Will You 1-Up was taken down only to find out that it was too late to do so, and a new Enya CD coming out before I finished redesigning OWY1U, writing any more of Moya's Space Log, OR updating my profile, interests, or glossary, it's really starting to sink in that I've procrastinated SOOO many things on LiveJournal.

I figure the best way to feel better about it is to suddenly finish several updates I've been wanting to make all at once, so that's what I'm doing right now!

I started by... Remember when I was so depressed about the Forbidden Comment Threads that I decided to add "Dark Matt1993" LJ Trading and Tarot cards under the regular Matt1993 cards I already had on my profile (also seen here, but slightly more outdated)? I've been wanting to remove those from my profile (just the Dark Matt1993 ones, I mean) for a while now that I worry less often - and hence, they're more outdated than the cards for regular me despite the latter being made earlier. So I finally got rid of them.

But since there will probably come a time when I want to remember exactly what the Dark Matt cards said, I actually just moved them here along with the paragraph that was above them. (This also ended up finally making the text on the cards as legible as I wanted it - even though I included HTML tags for white text, the text was still black while these were on my profile.)

Considering what I feel like now, both of those are very outdated. I decided that a neat thing to do for an update would be not to replace them, but to make separate trading & tarot cards for Dark Matt1993.

Unfortunately, the site where I made the Matt1993 cards seems to be down right now, so I had to copy and edit the HTML from those cards. But nonetheless, here they are:

Super outdated angst from about half a Dark Sky Island ago in the form of a LJ trading card! )

Super outdated angst from about half a Dark Sky Island ago in the form of a LJ tarot card! )

(And yes, I just used "Dark Sky Island" as a unit of time equivalent to about seven years - the time between the releases of And Winter Came and Dark Sky Island. :) )

(EDIT: I just realized the the above paragraph only makes sense if you saw the LJ-cuts that these cards are under.)
matt1993: (painbow)
(I hope I don't end up overusing this and my previous entry's style of subject line as much as I overused "When the End Times come, we will all <verb> the <Noun Phrase> of the Apocalypse" back in the day...)

One (I hope) last entry before I actually go through with changing my journal style, because I really don't want this to be the first thing I post about after I change it:

So, a couple of days ago, I Googled "overcoming stress" and found some of these articles, which led me to the rest even though they're not all necessarily about stress:

http://blogs.psychcentral.com/nlp/2013/12/10-signs-you-are-emotionally-attached-to-a-negative-past/

These helped me feel a LOT better!... at first.

Then I got to these:

http://psychcentral.com/blog/archives/2014/04/09/invisible-victims-when-men-are-abused/
http://psychcentral.com/blog/archives/2014/02/11/beware-of-she-wolves/

When I read these, they resonated REALLY well with how I felt about the Forbidden Comment Threads! I thought my depression would be over for good!

...at first.

But then I read the comments on the last two articles. Now, despite having at one point almost completely gotten over my worry about suddenly being hated by everyone, even you guys, if I don't word something very well or it gets misread, I'm now back where I started. Because the comments on those articles suggest - no, prove - that I am a horrible, pathetic excuse for a human being just for feeling the way I feel about the Forbidden Comment Threads. And that I can never be forgiven for ANYTHING. :(

Show your friends what
a horrible person I am
matt1993: (gru light bulb)
Earlier today, I had what is probably the best idea I've ever had since... something that was a very good idea.

I've had this same journal style ("Pale Yellows" recolored to have a black background with the colors that the letters and digits in "matt1993" have in my synesthesia) since before the Forbidden Comment Threads - about 0;139 BFCTE, to be precise - long after I eventually discovered that seeing red and green text on a black background all the time started to hurt my eyes after a while. Before that, beginning at some point in 2009, it was "Pale Yellows" recolored with tetradic colors, which made it yellow, purple, blue, and bluish-green, if I remember correctly - and the entries had black text on a white background. And even further back, it was "Pale Yellows" with no changes to the colors. I know I changed the font at some point but I don't exactly remember when.

Anyway, even though I knew that the synesthesia version (at least the way I'd implemented it) started to hurt my eyes after a while and has probably been hurting your eyes for even longer than that (unless you're relatively new here), I put off changing it again for a REALLY long time. I don't really remember why.

Well, now I have a second reason to change it: I'm considering changing it back to the unmodified (palette-wise) version of Pale Yellows! It would hopefully feel like a new beginning or a return to the good old days in 2009 when my journal was actually interesting and not just a whole bunch of "It's been 3½ years and what happened in [livejournal.com profile] asperger still makes me feel like every word I say will be seen as racist, sexist, and homophobic..." entries! (speaking of, I feel that it's important to show you guys the newest reason I have for feeling that way... [EDIT IN 2019: Well, apparently the video is no longer there (probably for good reason), and the closest thing I could find to an archive of it is this (and I'd completely even forgotten what video I was talking about until I saw the title and was like "oh yeah, that thing"), so I guess I'll reluctantly have to describe it: though I'm cutting it because this was supposed to be a positive entry )]) And I never did finish updating all of the images that are broken now that Ours Will You 1-Up is nope more - maybe seeing my old journal style will help motivate me to work on it!

I haven't changed it yet, though. I just feel the need to give you guys some sort of heads up that my journal might suddenly have a "new" style. :)

EDIT: Forgot to mention (in case anyone is like "Aw, but I liked how you worked your synesthesia into your journal style!"): It's possible that later on, I will find some other way to work my synesthesia's colors for "matt1993" into my journal style, but I will still take care to avoid having light text on dark backgrounds. My CS professors have made it all too clear to me that it's hard to read. :)

In other news, despite getting Tomodachi Life for my birthday last year, it wasn't until this month that I started getting really addicted to it. I'm saying this because the first step to finding a solution is admitting that I have a problem, so I will: My problem is that Enya probably still has feelings for Mario even though he's with Peach, and Zelda probably still has feelings for Strong Sad even though he's with Dido. LOL

STRONG SAD AND DIDO ARE DATING?!??!
matt1993: (updated prtsc land me)
Just now, I decided to at least glance at my friends page for the first time in eight months or so, JUST so that if I still didn't feel comfortable reading it and ended up putting it off for (say) another eight months, it would feel like two 8-month hiatuses instead of one 16-month hiatus, which would hopefully help me feel slightly less like I never get anything done.

So far, how I feel about it is even better than that! WAY better!

When did my friends page suddenly become enjoyable to read again and not almost completely full of drama?! Filtering out certain tags and [livejournal.com profile] asperger entries used to not completely help, so how is it helping now?!

I'm definitely not complaining! Maybe now I can actually go back to checking it regularly for good!

Still feels like I won't be able to completely catch up with all of my friends, though...

There were other things I wanted to mention - many REALLY good, many REALLY bad - but it's already 2:18 AM so I really should go to bed. I just wanted to post now about this momentous occasion!

Wait, who is this matt1993 dude again?
matt1993: (updated prtsc land me)
Decided it was time to update the blurb on my journal's sidebar now that I'm able to move past my worry sometimes. (But not enough that I'm not still waiting desperately for comments on certain entries...)

Anyway, the blurb was previously:

Ye olde blurbe )

And since it's been a while since I've read Square Root of Minus Garfield, I decided to change some of the text in my journal style to reference this instead. :)

Yay for a tiny bit of productivity on LiveJournal! And yay for a public entry!

matt1993: (nightmare fuel ii)
Last week, as part of an assignment in Speech class, I rewatched The Mummy and watched The Ring for the first time.

Turns out that my prediction here was actually wrong - The Ring is, in fact, a lot scarier than the parody of it on Annoying Orange.

But you know what's even more terrifying than both combined?

A horror movie I watched yesterday called Worse than the Forbidden Comment Threads.

Have any of you heard of it? It's the sequel to that one movie about the guy who reads a cursed flame war that makes him start seeing nightmarish visions of his friends misinterpreting everything he's ever said and hating him for it, and seemingly, the only way for him to get rid of the visions is to make a list of everything he's said and done that might be misinterpreted and post that to his LiveJournal in friends-only entries.

I found both that one and the sequel REALLY disturbing... It's almost impossible to remember that either of them is just a movie. Maybe it's just because the main character looks kind of like me. Actually, come to think of it, he looks almost exactly like me... and he even has a lot of interests in common with me: same celebrity crush, same favorite video games...

Even the phrase "Forbidden Comment Threads" sounds familiar for some reason... Didn't I hear it somewhere before about three years ago? I remember thinking up a phrase kind of like it that had something to do with a--

O___O

...

Uhhh...

Guys...

...

I...

I just remembered...

The first one in that series was no horror movie...

I... I think I remember... the Forbidden Comment Threads...

...actually happening...

...as part of my own life...

...

I don't think the sequel was just a movie either...

...

There really is...

...something that's probably worse than the Forbidden Comment Threads...

...and I read it yesterday...

...

...

Okay, now I'm way too scared to even care whether or not going from actual horror movies to a controversy that I pretended was a horror movie is too sudden of a topic jump...

*hides and curls into the fetal position in a clearly horrified manner*

Characters whose percentages were higher this time: Leonard McCoy (Bones), Chekov, Will Riker, Uhura, Picard, Mr. Sulu

Characters whose percentages stayed the same: redshirt, Kirk, Worf, Beverly Crusher

Characters whose percentages were lower this time: Deanna Troi, Data, Geordi LaForge, Spock, Mr. Scott

I still don't know a whole lot about Star Trek (having only seen two movies and only being almost sure that those are the only two movies so far, and not having seen the show so the movies were hard to follow along occasionally), so while I did skim a few articles on memory-alpha.org, it's going to be mostly up to you to figure out what this says about me.

I do have a couple of guesses, though:
- First and second place were a redshirt and Deanna Troi last time; I had a feeling that a) first place would be a redshirt again but b) second place would probably be a male character this time, given what the Forbidden Comment Threads have done to the way I think. Not only was I right about both of these predictions, it also makes sense that Troi is still in the top 5 because she's a counselor and so she probably does think a lot like me. In fact, now I'm kind of surprised that she isn't still second or at least third.
- It seems to me that a lot of Star Trek fans argue about whether Kirk or Picard is better; given how much I try to avoid arguing of any kind (especially after the Forbidden Comment Threads), it makes sense that they got exactly the same percentage this time. Although last time, Kirk got 35% and Picard got 25%. That's going to start a flame war even though that was last time and I don't know what (if anything) that says about me, isn't it? Wait, of course it won't - the inevitable flame war about gender will probably start first...

Sorry I haven't been able to post in a while. That semester was so intense, I rarely even had enough free time to complain about it on LiveJournal!

I'm gonna go ahead and assume that a) everything I know on LJ except my journal has dramatically changed in the time that I haven't posted, just like it did the last time I went a month or so without posting, and b) I'm not going to be able to adequately make up for the lack of posts. But I guess I'll try anyway by posting how I generally felt about each class:

And sorry for forgetting to put a LJ-cut at first :( )

And... that's about all I can do to catch up on posting for now. I'd have posted more quiz/meme reruns if I'd done any quizzes or memes between 5 years before my last entry and 5 years before this entry, but as it is, the next one's still not until the 14th.

Well, Spring Break's over. Not that I can really tell, since I had to work on a group project for Software Engineering for most of the break and it's still only almost done. If I'd known how much time it would've taken up, I'd have checked my friends page before Wednesday, because after that, I once again had so little free time that I ended up preferring to spend it procrastinating over checking my friends page. Sorry :( At least this time I only sometimes spent my procrastination playing video games - I did write down some new userpic ideas, and I did work on the list of things that kinda (or really) remind me of the Forbidden Comment Threads!

Speaking of userpics, continuing to try to make my older userpics more legible was another thing that I would've worked on before Wednesday if I'd known that the rest of Spring Break would be so tied up...

Be too busy with your group project

Sorry I haven't posted or checked my friends page in a while - I once again had so much homework pile up on me at once that a) I didn't have much free time and b) whenever I did, I was so tired of having to work on stuff that I ended up spending it playing video games instead.

Not only that, but the past two weeks in Psychology class, we discussed the chapter that reminded me of the Forbidden Comment Threads the most when I glanced at random pages from my textbook... *shudder* Gender, Sex, and Sexuality.

Luckily, only one argument ever happened throughout all the class sessions about that chapter, I managed to stay out of it, and it wasn't even bad enough that anyone who's even slightly more emotionally stable than I am is likely to also count it as an argument. But there were still a lot of things said in the textbook and the lectures that reminded me of the FCT... *shudder*

At least we're done with that chapter, and it's Spring Break now!!! And I got to see The LEGO Movie yesterday!!

Hopefully, I'll make progress on something this Spring Break...

Are men or women more likely
to repost this entry? (please
don't answer that because it'll
probably turn into the
Forbidden Comment Threads...)

You Are Ready for Everything

Full of energy and confidence, you undertake projects that seem impossible.

You're very confident, and hardly anything ever shakes you. You believe in yourself.

You have many passions and talents. You truly appreciate and love your life.

You are surprisingly self-accepting and content. You're happy with who you are.

Considering that [livejournal.com profile] glowing_dragon took this quiz one day before I first read the Forbidden Comment Threads, the last part seems almost ironic, but I do tend to undertake projects that seem impossible :)

Color me reposted with a hint
of probably-reused joke
matt1993: (pass)
Well, looks like my Psychology class (while possibly not as reminiscent of the Forbidden Comment Threads as I was worried it'd be) is A) still going to be pretty tough and B) not yet guaranteed to never turn into a heated debate, even though one hasn't happened yet. Software Engineering and Game Graphics look like they're gonna be pretty tough too.

Things usually don't turn out this way until after I make a post saying that things are going well so far, so why isn't that the case this time? :(

Also, a meme I got from [livejournal.com profile] cactus_rs:

5 of My Userpics Explained )

And it wasn't even real cream cheese,
it was light cream cheese! And now
you want me to run off and
repost another entry?!
matt1993: (updated prtsc land me)
Classes start tomorrow, and I never did get to upload the newer versions of some of my userpics as userpics because I still have some unanswered questions about a couple of them (and a quickly-growing [even for me] fear that one of my comments on my previous entry is offensive). (EDIT: Quickly-growing fear averted. :) )

Also, I glanced at a few pages in my Psychology textbook. Three words: Forbidden Comment Threads. (are what a lot of the class sessions are probably going to remind me of, given all the controversy that's mentioned)

Make the controversial decision to repost this entry

There's only two votes so far in this poll, but I gave each thing to do 1 point for each first-choice vote it has, 1/2 a point for each second-choice vote, 1/4 a point for each third-choice vote, etc., and catching up on my friends page more is currently in the lead with 1.25 points.

However, as I've mentioned in a couple of places after posting that poll, realizing how many unfinished projects I had made me depressed for a while because it sunk in even deeper that I probably will never finish all of them, and I felt even worse about abandoning most of them for two or three years. While I feel a little better about it right now, this probably isn't the best time to risk seeing much more online drama.

I'll continue reading new entries in my friends page at least once every 3 days like I've been doing (and I might read it a little more often now that I've seen the poll results), but I really think I should post the lists of non-LJ-related things I'm worried you'll hate me for and of things that remind me of the Forbidden Comment Threads fairly soon (because, remember, I probably do have to do so eventually for my mental health).

At the same time, I also don't want to wait too long before I finish catching up on my friends page, so I came up with the idea to work on both things at the same time with this method:

Blah blah blah blah blah... )

But even that compromise doesn't seem like something I should work on right this moment given the state I've been in (but, fortunately, not this moment), although I'll probably start switching back and forth between other things and this later on when I'm in an even better mood.

The next highest project in the results is finishing those autism self-help books, with exactly 1 point, but I think right now I should go with something that I won't have a lot of time to do next semester while I still have the chance.

The third highest score is new userpics with 0.5078125 points (one second choice and one eighth choice), so for now I'm going with that :) Although that will also have to wait for a bit... I was planning on making a separate table and poll about my userpic ideas, but all I've finished so far is a list of them. (And given how I only remember some of my ideas when I'm not writing any down, I'm probably not even done with that...) So I'm gonna have to get started pretty soon!

In the meantime, here's a few videos I've been meaning to post here!

http://mostexcitingworld.com/video-helmet-camera-captures-firefighter-bringing-a-tiny-kitten-back-to-life/ - I don't think I can embed the video, but this firefighter actually took the time to revive a kitten he found. Very heartwarming! (EDIT IN 2018: The link is broken now, but I found an archived version of the article with the video still missing and the video itself separately.)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8bB7obyuuY8 I can't embed this either since my Internet is being slow, but these people recreated the dance scene from A Charlie Brown Christmas. Cute!

Presumably, repost just the videos and
remove all the boring stuff about my creative vortexes

It's hard to describe this journal in just a few paragraphs... but I'll try

Just an autistic guy born in 1993 (hence the username) who's had this journal since I was 14. Has trouble phrasing things well especially in earlier entries, so keep that in mind.

My interests have fluctuated in the 17 years since I've had this journal, but the following has remained constant:
- I like Mario games (mainly the platformers, Mario Kart, Mario Party) and Super Smash Bros.
- I like Garfield
- I like Homestar Runner
- I like Enya
- And I've always loved the idea of wacky crossovers between ANY of my interests, whether it's in the form of a short-lived webcomic in 2006-2008, a short-lived backwards lyrics site in 2008, writing down weird dreams in 2009-2011, playing Tomodachi Life a lot in 2014-2016, or what most of my posts are about these days: playing around with Character.AI starting in 2023. I still can't believe I'm actually in a world where an AI of Enya can talk to AIs of Mario or Garfield or even my favorite obscure characters like Mary O. from Super Mario Maker. :O
