Okay, SERIOUSLY?

It was bad enough that Photobucket took down my DW userpics somehow and my LJ is suspended.

NOW I heard that DW might be shut down at the end of the month??

Where am I supposed to move all my stuff to if that's true?! It's like today is Matt's Day Starts Out Amazing But Then Everything Goes Wrong At Once Day or something...

On the plus side, it looks like MatPat ISN'T going to be the voice actor for Yamamura! (and now everyone's mad that they replaced him but kept Enya, making my opinion about that movie even MORE unpopular...)

Go to Wordle and...

1) Paste in all entries you posted in January 2017 and make a Wordle configured any way you like

12) Paste in all entries you posted in December 2017 and make another Wordle configured any way you like
13) Make a Wordle out of your entries from ALL months of 2017, configured any way you like

Then post all of these Wordles to your LiveJournal and/or DreamWidth and/or whatever other blogging site(s) you're on!

You may do steps 1 - 12 only or step 13 only if you prefer.

It's up to you if you include subject lines, comments, community entries, friends-only entries, music tags, location tags, etc., and it's up to you whether you post your Wordles in a public or friends-only entry. Anything else I didn't think of is probably optional as well.

Personally I opted to do this for my LJ and DW entries separately AND combined, and post all three versions of each to both LJ and DW. Which means this took about six times as long to make as it usually does...

You can also tell because I tried to skew the colors of the LJ-only ones towards LJ-blue and away from DW-red/pink, and vice versa for the DW-only ones. Looking at how some of the color schemes turned out, though, I might need to adjust my algorithm before my 2018 Wordle Year in Review...

A couple of days ago, while being bored, I found this video of "Tabuu's New Battle Theme." (for anyone who doesn't know, Tabuu is the final boss of the Subspace Emissary in Super Smash Bros. Brawl) Here it is:

EDIT NOVEMBER 25, 2017: Turns out the video is gone now. Oh well, at least I found out soon after posting this entry originally that the song is "Juno Reactor vs. Don Davis - Navras".

Since it doesn't sound like Tabuu's original theme, I'm guessing it's actually an unrelated song that the video uploader just thought would be fitting for the Tabuu fight. Does anyone recognize this song? Because I kinda want it now.

The first TEN people to comment in this post get to request that I write a drabble of any pairing/character of their choosing, in any fandom I am familiar with. In return, they have to post this in their journal, regardless of their ability level. If you aren't a writer, express yourself in some other way for different fandoms!

My version: Since I'm not a writer, I'll make avatars instead. You can choose between these three styles:

1) The style I'm planning on drawing a new comic in after OWY1U is back up. It involves using MS Paint sorta the way one would make Flash or 3D animation (i.e. saving lots of individual frames separately so that, when those exact frames are needed again, they can be pasted in), and would take a while (but only because I don't have any of those frames yet), and I would probably procrastinate a lot, but it will help me experiment with the style.

2) A style similar to style 1 except that I won't save any frames separately. It would look kinda like this style (warning: City of Ashes spoiler). If you don't want City of Ashes spoiled for you, it would also look like this style, but to a lesser extent.

3) Super Mario World-styled sprites (regardless of the fandom you request) similar to this userpic and my "Enya is part Yoshi" one. (EDIT: How'd I forget my default userpic?) Will be a lot faster.

EDOT: I just noticed this was my 350th entry!

Anyways, I'd say ( come to think of it, technically this is a spoiler for an early Buffy episode - season 1 or 2 I think? )

If that doesn't count, then... well, it's been a REALLY long time since I've played AdventureQuest, and I don't feel like logging in just to find a name, but you know that vampire queen in Darkovia or whatever? She gets second place.

I just played the entire Ball Revamped series start to finish within two days. Sure, I didn't get good scores, only beat some levels on the first try, and didn't get all the achievements in Ball Revamped 5...but I still beat all five within two days! Go me!
( I guess this counts as a spoiler, sort of, but I didn't mark it as such for nearly seven years )

It's hard to describe this journal in just a few paragraphs... but I'll try

Just an autistic guy born in 1993 (hence the username) who's had this journal since I was 14. Has trouble phrasing things well especially in earlier entries, so keep that in mind.

My interests have fluctuated in the 17 years since I've had this journal, but the following has remained constant:
- I like Mario games (mainly the platformers, Mario Kart, Mario Party) and Super Smash Bros.
- I like Garfield
- I like Homestar Runner
- I like Enya
- And I've always loved the idea of wacky crossovers between ANY of my interests, whether it's in the form of a short-lived webcomic in 2006-2008, a short-lived backwards lyrics site in 2008, writing down weird dreams in 2009-2011, playing Tomodachi Life a lot in 2014-2016, or what most of my posts are about these days: playing around with Character.AI starting in 2023. I still can't believe I'm actually in a world where an AI of Enya can talk to AIs of Mario or Garfield or even my favorite obscure characters like Mary O. from Super Mario Maker. :O
