A little help?
Fri, Mar. 7th, 2014 22:00Does anyone know of a way that it's still possible to edit or delete an entry? Because for me, any attempt to do that leads to me being redirected to a page called "Edit Journal Entries" that allows me to choose to edit an entry... only to be redirected to that page again.
You probably noticed this entry - I was trying to write commentary on that entire entry, but I couldn't finish it all that night, so I decided to set up what I had so far as a scheduled entry to be posted exactly 5 years after I first did that meme, which would be tomorrow, and then finish it later. The problem is, I forgot to postpone it and so it was posted then, and now I can't edit or delete it. All I can do is finish that entry, post the final copy of it as a separate entry, and hope that this all makes sense to you...
There's a similar glitch with reposting,
but just in case...

Date: Tue, Mar. 11th, 2014 03:46 (UTC)I decided that the unfinished entry I'd posted by accident had been up long enough that I might as well leave both that and the finished version up for posterity.
And even though I have Chrome on my computer and I switch back and forth between browsers sometimes (I'm going to be flamed by someone for not having an opinion on the browser war at all, aren't I...), right now I'm too lazy to access LJ from a browser that's not already keeping me logged in - and at the moment, I only have IE keeping me logged in. But if it ever becomes even more urgent that I need to actually edit or delete something instead of clarifying it with another post, I'll probably log in with Chrome to do that.
