WORST DAY EVER.
6:30 AM - 8:00 AM: My forgetfulness caught up with me, giving my mom a reason to nag for an hour before school.
10:35 AM - 11:25 AM: As if what my mom complained about in the car weren't enough, I forgot to bring my chemistry paper to school.
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Probably didn't do well on the essay on my reading test.
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Another hour of nagging.
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Way too much homework.
7:24 PM - Hurt knee.
Only two good things happened all day so far.
Number one: I treated myself to chocolate ice cream after finishing my homework.
Number two: One of the funniest things I've heard:
MY SPANISH TEACHER: Sillón.
KALEE (friend at school): Celine Dion!
Celine Dion was a chair! I mean, she was a singer chair! Er, maybe she was just a singer! Um, but she was still CELINE DION!!!

Date: Wed, May. 6th, 2009 06:24 (UTC)Anyway, my sympathies on the bad day and the mother nagging. As a mother I tend to nag my kids too. At least now I only nag Reagan. Chewy has outgrown nagging, she's on her own!
The one good thing about a really bad day is usually it's followed by a better one. So hang in there! And cling to the fact that the school year is winding down! Hooray!
I did my last speech tonite and I feel so relieved. Now to try passing the algebra final - ack!
