That's because you haven't seen me at camp or freshman orientation. One time at camp, I was really late getting up and everyone left for breakfast without me, and I hadn't memorized the way yet, so I had to walk randomly around the camp until I eventually found the cafeteria, and by the time I did, breakfast was almost over. :( Another time, at a different camp, I got separated from my group up to 8 times a day. And, at freshman orientation, I got separated from my group every single time we moved. :(

And just look at my "stupidity", "forgetfulness", and "regret" tags!

you shouldn't be so hard on yourself, I always get lost at disneyland or at my first day at university, just trying to find my classroom. People get lost every day. I'm sorry to hear you almost missed breakfast but it's just a matter of time, and believe we if that didn't happen to you...you would be too perfect or amazingly lucky, it's just life don't be too hard on yourself.

Now next time you'll try to make it better, we need to screw things over before we get them right in the future you'll just laugh at it :). At least I do.
