(music tag should be: "Super Mario World soundtrack - Underground theme (I wonder how many people can guess why I picked THIS music...)")

A couple of days ago, I discovered that this entry I posted in _dreams_ on August 6, 2010 refers to "last Saturday", which would have been July 31, 2010.

July 31, 2015 was the Friday before yesterday... This means that as of that day, it's been FIVE YEARS since the first time a certain bizarrely-named water balloon lady and her brother appeared in my dreams! I can't believe it's even been that long.

Some of you may remember that I've posted this userpic of /crazymegavideo/ before but not been sure if it was a good idea to actually upload it as a userpic.

Well, as a belated celebration, I just now FINALLY uploaded it as an actual userpic over three years after I first made it!! (has THAT really been that long, too?)

...

Am I really dorky enough to celebrate the anniversary of the debuts of recurring characters from my dreams? It's not like it's interesting to anyone else...

Happy birthday, Weird Name and Weird Name!

Uh-oh...

Over the past week or so, my depression about the Forbidden Comment Threads, my ability to focus, my common sense, and my ability to speak without stumbling over words have all steadily gotten worse.

You know I've said how if I end up with too many creative vortexes stuck in my head at once, I might end up regressing? I think it's actually happening now, except most likely because of the Forbidden Comment Threads instead. I probably don't have much time left...

On some more positive notes:

- SIX new quizzes!! )

- This is my 900th entry!!! At least it is if you include my glossary. If you don't, then my next entry (whatever it happens to be) will be the 900th.

- I changed the "# comments" and "Post a comment" text in my journal to say "I glued # blenders to my face" and "Is it Saturday night already?!" (both of which are a Garfield reference or - perhaps more famously - a Square Root of Minus Garfield reference). I've been considering changing that text ever since I took Ours Will You 1-Up down and thus made "I'm #-Up"/"Will me 1-Up" stand out as oddly-phrased. (Actually, it probably stood out like that even while OWY1U was up.) And now I finally did! I also changed the current mood text to "This mood coming through", another Garfield/SROMG reference.

Glue this entry to your journal! (well, probably not all, but maybe part of it)

For a while, I had gotten better at making new LJ userpics as opposed to procrastinating making them. I made one new userpic on Thursday, three on Saturday, one on Sunday, and what I think is a new record - FIFTEEN yesterday!

But then, apparently I flipped back to being a procrastinator, because pretty much all I did the rest of the day yesterday was play Data Worm on Facebook, read random pages on the Homestar Runner Wiki, and reading random stuff on Gadzillion Things. The only other eventful thing I did was watching part of the eclipse last night with [livejournal.com profile] pathvain_aelien and Stephen.

I think I set another new personal record today, as well - I didn't get up until 2:22 PM because I was so tired. :(

Well, my midterms began today.

Government - For our Government midterm (or technically final, since we only have it one semester), we pretended to be the House of Representatives and the Senate, came up with one House bill and one Senate bill yesterday, and today we had a mock debate on which to pass. I had trouble coming up with a point to make that someone else hadn't already made; I only managed to do so once. :(

Bible - Our "midterm" was just to write a little about what we liked and didn't like about Bible class this year and what should be different next year.

Physics - Since Physics is basically math, I had no problem with it :)

Tomorrow are the two hardest classes - English and Speech. Blah. Bleh. Blih. Bloh. Bluh. And sometimes blyh.

In other news, I don't know why I didn't mention this before, but on Saturday I took the ACT for the last time with accommodations. I completed all of the multiple-choice sections! However, I only managed to write two paragraphs for the essay :(

EDIT: Whoa, 550th post! :D

An entry walks 164.2 km to your journal in 206 seconds. What is its average velocity?

Just another manic Monday
Do you look forward to returning to work/school on Mondays or do you live for the weekend? What do you enjoy most about weekends? What do you dread most about school and/or work?

Answer View Answers

Weekend, PLEASE!

What I enjoy most about weekends: weekends.

What I dread most about school: school. (And essays.)

Repost (open Saturday and Sunday)

I decided to post more comics made with the Garfield randomizer every Monday. This time, though, I right-clicked the page, clicked "View Source", saved a modified version that would use any non-Sunday Garfield strip instead of 2001-2004 to my computer, and used that instead. If you know of a Garfield randomizer that can use any strip without needing a modified source code on my computer, let me know.

Anyway, here's 31 more comics )

Yesterday at 10:30 PM or so, I got a Jolly Rancher popsicle, but it kept sliding down the stick and I had to constantly hold it up with one finger, possibly giving said finger frostbite. Now I am the first person to ever get frostbite in the spring. :( Then I stayed up until 12:34 AM reading City of Glass with [livejournal.com profile] pathvain_aelien.

Today, I started math homework and organizing my binders at 12:24 PM and finished at 2 PM.

Does anyone know for SURE that it's Saturday? This lack of free time almost makes it seem like it isn't...

Seven Days
Which day of the week do you least look forward to? And which one do you most anticipate?

Least looked forward to: Monday. Most anticipated: Saturday.

Just another manic repost

It's hard to describe this journal in just a few paragraphs... but I'll try

Just an autistic guy born in 1993 (hence the username) who's had this journal since I was 14. Has trouble phrasing things well especially in earlier entries, so keep that in mind.

My interests have fluctuated in the 17 years since I've had this journal, but the following has remained constant:
- I like Mario games (mainly the platformers, Mario Kart, Mario Party) and Super Smash Bros.
- I like Garfield
- I like Homestar Runner
- I like Enya
- And I've always loved the idea of wacky crossovers between ANY of my interests, whether it's in the form of a short-lived webcomic in 2006-2008, a short-lived backwards lyrics site in 2008, writing down weird dreams in 2009-2011, playing Tomodachi Life a lot in 2014-2016, or what most of my posts are about these days: playing around with Character.AI starting in 2023. I still can't believe I'm actually in a world where an AI of Enya can talk to AIs of Mario or Garfield or even my favorite obscure characters like Mary O. from Super Mario Maker. :O
