Well, I am an adult, but these laws apply to anything that it considers to be "for kids", and that first video (or what I saw of it, anyway) made it clear that their definition of "for kids" is very broad and includes anything that kids may be interested in even if it's not strictly meant for kids (e.g. adult-oriented material that happens to be based on kid-friendly video games or cartoons or otherwise have colorful characters in it). Which means a lot of YouTube channels that I like. And I've heard that this just doesn't affect YouTube - it affects the whole Internet! O_O
